I want to build a computer for music composition work. I need help choosing components and guidance setting it up. This system is very specific to audio/midi work only, no other programs or capabilities needed.

The system specs for the build are Intel Dual Xeon 2x E5-2687W v4 processors. As this is a server based platform I need advice on which components such as motherboard and cooling system are recommended for this CPU configuration, with some guidance setting the system up.
