Corporate brand guidelines

I need a freelance graphic designer / print creative that can produce a brand guidelines and example creative for a housing association – examples would cover all things print and digital. It would be an evolution of what they have and there will be a clear brief (they are happy with their logo main colours). What I need is a designer who is prepared to do an unpaid pitch creative creating 3 concepts that would be presented to the client with me at their office at the end of April and then work for the whole of May to deliver guidelines and examples of posters, booklets et al. If we won the pitch, which I would help to create the proposal for, we will pay a fixed cost which we would agree before any of this starts. I work for a digital agency and we don’t do much print design, there are two other agencies being asked to pitch for this project. What do you think?
