I'm a developer who has been working on a C++ game engine and I separated out the netcode into an open source library. I have become occupied at my day job and would like some help finishing it up.

The goals of this contract will be to:

* Improve the unit testing of the library

* Finish up the API for the library, mostly focusing on the unfinished event callbacks

* Create a better example test application that uses all of the features of the library
