Missing Block Plugin

Hello! My name is Ryan Eaton and I've been playing (and loving) Minecraft: Java Edition for over 10 years! During this time, I have gained lots of experience on the game with using Command Blocks and the newer Datapacks. My previous work is below. I know you said you wanted a plugin, but I would like to propose using a Datapack instead. This will be quicker to create for this project, I could probably get it done within 2 days. The benefit of a Datapack in this case would also be so that you can edit and update it easily after the fact if you want to, since it will use regular Minecraft commands. Using the most recent update (1.19.4) you can replace textures at will. Of course, I can add a way to control the speed from within the game, along with start and stop, range from the center of the world, etc. Even though I know this isn't exactly what you asked for, please consider it!
