I have extensive experience using the entire Zoho Suite. I have configured Zoho from the ground up for a number of businesses with the most recent being Advanced Technology Services. They are a 500 million dollar company in Chicago, IL that originally used Salesforce as their CRM but were limited with the automation that was required. I migrated all of their existing data to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Subscriptions, Zoho Forms and Zoho Inventory. I then integrated custom functions to increase efficiency for the employees of the company. Zoho Reports and Tableau reports were then automatically generated for weekly executive leadership review. Additionally, I have experience developing in Infusion Soft CRM and creating paid subscription programs through their partner company CustomerHub. Using Zapier, I have developed integrations into client’s other software to automate their daily tasks. I am also certified in visualizing and analyzing data in Power BI.
