issues with layout on website

I am in need of a web developer who can fix layout issues that affect multiple pages of my website. The issues are present on both desktop and mobile devices. Specifically, some pages are showing the header incorrectly. I have not made any recent changes to the website that could have caused the issues. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in web development and be familiar with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. They should be able to troubleshoot layout issues and ensure consistency across all pages.
Some pages are showing the header incorrectly which is ruining the layout on both mobile and desktop. However this is not happening on all pages. i'm not sure if this could be to do with breeze plugin or a css issue.
I would like this investigated using inspect to start with as i believe the issue can be found using this method.
The issue shows the mobile menu on desktop but not on all pages and also shows breaks the layout on mobile.
