I'm looking for an experienced programmer with high knowledge in Java, HTML and CSS. Also C/Objective Swift could help but not fundamental. I need a Windows application like Adobe XD that allows a user to build a website design from a blank page by drag and dropping elements from a menu to the page. There must be the possibility to export the project in html and css code. So, it's really similar to Adobe XD but with this html and css fundamental functionality.
