Customer Support for English/Russian/Czech/Spanish speaking
£10-15 GBP / hour
Rusian/Czech/ Spanish and English Speaking Customer Support Representative for Valentus Global Health & Wellness MLM. English plus minimum of 2 of the other 3 languages will be required.
Job Summary - Customer support representatives must assist the field with complaints and questions, provide information about products and services, process returns and modify account details. Customer support representatives must also assist the field by answering questions about their accounts, commissions, and product orders.
Note: The distributors are predominantly Russian/ Czech-speaking and will need communication both written and verbal in. However, a small percentage will be English speaking, and internally, English is the spoken language. Therefore, a high level of confidence in both languages is required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding accurately and promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels (email, phone calls, live chat, etc.)
• Obtains and examines all relevant information to determine the validity of complaints and possible solutions.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Research internal systems to obtain information necessary to respond to customer inquiries.
• Refers unresolved complaints to designated departments, both internal and external, for further investigation and resolution.
• Thorough knowledge of our products so you can answer questions from the field.
• Assisting the field with placing orders and locating tracking information.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Contact customers to verify necessary information to successfully process and ship orders.
• Contact new customers and representatives via telephone to welcome them to the company, and ensure their questions are being answered.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure successful delivery of orders, and complete paperwork necessary to file claims for orders which were unsuccessful.
• Assess returned products and initiate refund process when necessary.
• Coordinate with shipping and inventory managers to document and track returned products being returned to inventory.
• May be required to translate inquiries submitted in a foreign language using a translator application, or personal fluency in a foreign language.
