Remote Lead Conversion Executive

I need a proactive communicator who can pick up 15-20 warm enquiries each day—mostly arriving through other social-media channels beyond Instagram or WhatsApp—speak with them in clear, confident English, and walk them through our service until they become paying clients. Day-to-day you will work from home, jump on quick calls or video meetings, keep background noise to a minimum, and maintain organised follow-ups so no one slips through the cracks. The heart of the role is conversation: excellent spoken English is the single most important skill. If you already understand the basics of sales, great; if not, your willingness to learn will be enough. A steady internet connection and full-time availability round out the essentials. Because this position is strictly about communication and conversion, you will not be expected to create content or craft marketing strategy—just handle each lead, nurture the relationship, and close the sale.
