SUMMARY: In this role, you will utilize our online product catalog to act as a consultant, helping our customers find exactly what they need. If you enjoy helping customers, can communicate clearly, are personable, and do your best to go above and beyond the customer’s expectations, then this is a great opportunity for you! JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Things You’ll Do Day-to-Day 1. Provide outstanding customer service via Zendesk tickets, phone, or chat 2. Place orders for customers over the phone, current call volume 10-15 calls a day 3. Return voice messages, missed calls, and follow-up with customers 4. Answer questions about products, stock levels, order status updates, refunds, replacements etc. 5. Research customer inquiries including being able to read and comprehend manufacturer specifications. 6. Work with mathematical concepts such as fractions and metrics as related to our industry. REQUIREMENTS - Must be available during the working hours of 6am -3pm PST - Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet. What is your internet speed?
