We are looking for an individual who can assist our existing customer and at the same time take the initiative to get a new customer on board by demonstrating excellence in customer service. We are an Internationally reputed Courier Company having offices in all major cities in the world and this position is open for our Australia office located near Parramatta where you will be reporting to after successful inclusion in the team. We are here to offer a generous salary. To be successful in this role you must have experience in Customer Service and some experience in sales. We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities: Key attributes we are looking for is a champion in customer service who can help in the inbound phone call, inbound email and inbound live chat. Having outstanding capability in customer service with an eye for detail. Preparing and Checking paperwork would be a significant part of this role. Ability to type faster in attending customer through live chat. Exceptionally good phone manner is required for customer service Conversant with email and answering them in a timely manner is a requirement Must have internet access with a minimum reasonable speed. Ability to do multitasking would be a definite advantage. Must have a workable computer. Noise Free working environment is a must for any applicant wants to work from home. For any home-based applicant, we will require a separate room dedicated for work - called Home Office.
