We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our USA-based customers. The ideal candidate will be available from 12 noon to 8 in the evening, Monday to Friday. The position is remote, and the candidate will work from their own location.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage and document customer interactions using the provided app.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Availability to work from 12 noon to 8 in the evening, Monday to Friday.
Must have a reliable computer or phone with access to the internet.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Must have a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
Immediate start date.
Full training provided.
Ability to work remotely.
No cost or hardware required besides a computer or phone.
