The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
At least 3+ years of experience with Flutter development
Experience in teaching or mentoring others
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
Flexibility to work around my schedule
Willingness to adjust the course content based on my needs and requirements
The training will be conducted through video calls, and I would like to schedule regular sessions that are convenient for both of us. The duration of the course will depend on the complexity of the topics covered and my learning pace.
