I am looking for a person or a company, that will do contact details research. I will be looking for detailed information for companies buying images FROM photographers, stock agencies or other image resources.
What I have is: an Excel (.xls) file with Company names - there are about 7000 names (and presented in 1st column named "Company"). They are listed alphabetically, and I would like you to work in this order.
There is some info already entered (about 1/3 of all)
What I need is (names of the following Excel columns):
"First Name" (of the person to contact),
"Last Name" (of the person to contact),
"Nickname" (i.e. if there is 2nd art editor for contact),
"Email" (email address),
"Alternate Email" (2nd email, if supplied),
"Occupation" (like Editor, President, Vice-art director, Manager, Sales manager, Public relations etc etc etc),
"Department" (this is about the company business type - keep it this way::: Magazines , Newspapers, Calendars and cards, Printing companies, Books publishers, Design and Grapic Firms, Advertising companies, Other),
"Title" (detailed info to "Department" - i.e. for Magazines - Business, Travel, Children, Angling, Woman interests etc etc etc; for Newspapers - daily, weekly etc; for Calendars and Cards - Calendars or Cards - just this way; for Book Publishers, Design and Graphic Firms, Advertising companies - whatever you like to enter; for Other - i.e. Banks, Hotels, Travel Agencies and whatever),
"Business Homepage" (www),
"Address" (street, number - or PO box in USA),
"City" (city),
"State" (USA state),
"Zip-code" (zip code),
"Country" (country),
"Business Phone" (phone(s)),
"Business Fax" (fax(es)).
I will need the following info for SURE AND FOR 100% COMPANIES::: Company (already submitted), at least 1 person First name, at least 1 person Last name, at least 1 email address, at least business type ("Department").
The rest depends on what You can find (detailed company info, mail address, other persons for contact etc)
What I can offer: 500$ for finishing the file (100% MOST NEEDED INFO found)
200$ bonus at finishing the Excel file, if I have all other info (see above)
Then $200 a month for every 2000 new contacts found (ongoing monthly)
Please try to find as much info as You can from the companies websites. But if there is no email address or other info specified, You can contact the company by Skype etc. You can also use "Yellow Pages" or other resources, as You like. I believe You are professional
What I expect: all information (for the remaining contacts in provided Excel file) in no more than 2 months time (preferably in 1-2 months) with new info found and added. Then to find at least 2000 new same potential image buyers monthly.
How do I pay: $200 after bid approval, remaining $300 (0r $500 if all info entered) at finish.
There can be some repeating names of companies in the Excel file - if there are, enter the info for BOTH (or more) Companies / Excel rows, so I do not think You found less contacts. ALSO, much INFO is already in, You will have to add what is missing.
