Administrative Assistant/Office Clerk

Looking for an experienced administrative, data entry clerk near Fort Lauderdale, FL to organize and de-clutter office files and records. *This is a temporary position*

The candidate shall work in an Office environment and perform a variety of duties necessary to ensure that office records are assembled and filed efficiently and effectively. There will be multiple types of files with related but distinguishable tasks, such as filing, faxing, data entry, etc, in one or more areas of business.

There will be two offices(one home office and one office building, two minutes away from each other) in which you will need to organize records, file, fax, and enter data into excel sheets.

The position will be Mon-Sun 9:30am-3:00 pm

Qualifications:

Candidate must show progressive administrative experience, defined as clerical, office, or other administrative work.

Demonstrates the ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position.

Experience includes:

1. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and excel sheets

2. filing and maintaining office records;

3. Scan and document data;

4. providing computer assistance;

5. faxing office records;

6. typing correspondence;
