Complete Project Timeline

I need to create a Plan of Action and Milestones timeline for a project. The project is as follows. We are acquiring a company. I need to create a timeline (template provided) of every step needed to successfully onboard 1300 employees from an IT aspect. everything from issuing laptops and cellphones to whatever else is required to onboard employees. Some of the tasks are as follows: create new hire tickets for each new employee Acquire laptops Image laptops create AD accounts assign laptops to new employees sign into laptops with new AD accounts and get laptops setup for new employee Ship Laptops MILESTONES / TASKS Onboard Employees into current Citrix Environment Convert Employees from FTEs to NTWs (on old company side) Obtain address locations for Employees VDI solution for all contractors (onshore and offshore) VDI solution for hard-to-reach international locations Number porting / IVR Conversion Equipment identification for remote vs. office employees HR File provided for upload in System Map titles/roles in the system Round 2/3 Tester Laptops Received Testing by Round 2/3 testers in Citrix Make sure HR list is up to date with latest employees converting to Cogent Prioritization of departments (Sales, Field Ops, etc.) Phone and SIM card strategy for International The Project timeline is 45 prior to the close date of May 1st to 30 days post close. The right person for this project would be a senior IT Professional who has gone through an acquisition before. This project is urgent and has a completion date of 4pm Eastern time March 16th, 2023.
