Hi! I'm interested on this job. I've had an experience in making gifs for about 3 years for personal use (blog). I can forward you the link of my blog if you would prefer to see samples. The downside is that I only know minimal Korean since I haven't studied them formally and I'm not a native Korean. Although sometimes I can decipher some of the sentences since I have been exposed to the language for a long time, but I can't guarantee a good quality of translation so, there's that.
