The goal of this project is to create an Excel database (or Google Sheets database) of contact information for Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities in the Los Angeles area. There are approximately 1200 assisted living facilities and 500 nursing home, so the excel spreadsheet will end up having 1700 rows. I am looking for the following information on these facilities:
Nursing Home or Assisted Living, Company Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone Number, Web Site, Email Address, Size (# of beds)
1) [login to view URL] has the all of this information except: Phone Number, Web Site, Email Address
2) For the information not contained in the [login to view URL] (Phone Number, Web Site, Email Address) web site, it has to be found using web sites such as: Google Search/Google Maps, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
An example of what the first few rows would look like is attached. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO CAPTURE MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES! For example, rows 3-6 contain multiple email addresses for the Brentwood Health Care Center.
