I need a person who can get all data present on a SITE. I need only 4 fields to scrap from the site.
I will share the site to the right candidate.
URL, Name, Company and Phone Number
My BUDGET is budget. I can't pay more than $20 for this job.
Its a 3-4 hour job to a right candidate.
It is not a job for the person who don't know the AUTOMATION (Scrapping) to collect the info from a website.

Well fields doesn't matter what matters is how big is the website what links need to be scraped (how it is structured) and how JavaScript heavy the site is and do they have blocking enabled.
