• Coordinate with clients via Email & Phone.
• Maintenance of more than 50 properties which includes tenant payment and expenses.
• Posting of advertisements in craigslist related to properties.
• Data mining and research on various tasks to streamline the project.
• Updation of Simple Note in excel which includes maintenance of accounts of all properties.
• Maintenance of Data in excel file and Photoshop editing.
• Uploading Pwd Bills in podio.
• Violation Check of all properties on regular basis.
• Updation of simple notes which includes updation of tenant payments and upload the bills clips on respective folders.
• Lease separation and renewal of Lease agreement.
• Study and overview of Trend MLS.
• Updation of entries in rental property data.
• Preparation of 10 days notices.
• Availability of 9 hrs on regular basis except weekend, however used to work on weekends as per the requirement.
