Below is a description of this project.
About us: We are a finance company offering insurance solutions to small businesses helping them increase their employee retention, boost productivity, and reduce turnover. The solutions we offer include health insurance, 401k plans, supplemental plans, and life insurance.
Object: Set appointments with decision makers, introduce our brand, and collect information in order to penetrate this market.
Task 1: Sign in to “[url removed, login to view]” and use their dialer to create new opportunities.
This will be done early morning between 8:30am PST and 10:30am PST. On average you will speak to 60 – 85 small business between this time frame. Each call should be no longer than 5 minutes. Calls will be made between Tuesday - Friday. Callfire will record your call and all you notes, so there is no need for you to track anything. As stated above, the object of each call is a quick introduction of our company and a 15 minute appointment.
Task 2: Complete the Survey found on [url removed, login to view] with as many businesses as possible.
Using “Callfire”, you will complete the questionnaire while speaking to the decision maker. This survey will allows us to collect information about the business and structure a proposal to reach out to them.
Task 3: Log in all appointments set into Google Calendar.
Using Google Calendar, you will record the appointment’s you have set helping us keep track of your progress and results. Appoint tracking should include date, time, address of business, business name, contact name.
Task 4: Email a summary of your work.
At the end of each calling day, email me the name, business name, and phone numbers of every business owner that showed some form of interest.
CallFire Login – You will receive a email from Callfire allowing you to register for their site once you decide to start the project.
