*PLEASE READ THIS FULL DESCRIPTION* We operate a network of multiple business in the E-Commerce industry. We are looking for a smart and fast learner person looking to gain more experience from an ecommerce company with 15 plus years of combined experience. The position has a salary of $350/month with opportunity for bonuses after 3 months of working with the company. Your daily tasks will involve: -Running a bot we use to evaluate leads and send the leads to partners (literally a few clicks) -Process refunds for purchases the company makes. -Forward emails of purchases to a different department. -Updating tracking numbers we receive to our system. -Occasionally attend to meetings the CEO has to take notes. -Among other Operations related tasks. You must be able to know the basics of the following applications: -Google drive (docs & sheets) -Slack -Know how to process /ask for a refund (example: same as if you bought something on amazon but didn't get the correct products) -Basic computer skills Additional training will be offer to your growth within the company as we are looking for someone that will stay for a long term employment. We will be hiring someone by April 23th 2021 and the payment will be salary.
