I am a Self employed Financial consultant in need of a Personal Assistant to help me supervise and perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of business operations and perform related duties as assigned. The position allows you to work from home most of the time and it is part-time. I need someone with Skill in communicating effectively with others both orally and in writing.
Job Description includes Order processing, client follow up and reviews, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, ordering supplies, making clients feel special, mailings and even a little scanning and filing, along with arranging seminars and various other support duties. Ability to multi- task and prioritize a large number of tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. A positive, supportive and skilled approach to client and advisor requests is a must. Knowledge of computer applications such as MS Word and Excel, energy, enthusiasm, initiative, a willingness to learn and a desire to make a difference in people’s lives is required. Duties to include order processing and client support of our investment trades. Training will be provided where necessary. Accuracy, attention to detail, comfort with system applications required. On-going duties to include following up on account transfers, preparing client review meetings involving scheduling, confirming, preparing statements and reports and agendas, following up on action items for collection of information, and rescheduling of tasks and meetings. Ability to maintain strict confidence of our clients’ personal and financial information is a must.
