Data Recovery from Bitlocker Encrypted SSD drive

I do not have a bitlocker recovery key and my laptop motherboard died. So I have removed the SSD card and put it in an encasing to connect with a different laptop. The SSD had 2 partitions and I found recovery key for the 1st partition, but not for the 2nd partition. I have tried Microsoft Account. There is no recovery key or password for the 2nd partition. Are you able to unlock the encrypted partition or recover data from the encrypted 2nd partition online without formating?
In the attached picture, H drive needs to be unlocked. I do not have any recovery key. I have already used EasUS Data Recovery Software and it did not work. So please outline how you plan to solve the problem (Unlock the Encrypted SSD partition). Thanks.
