Consolidate similiar data in spreadsheet, opens in excel

Consolidate Data with the same PRODUCT ID. Perform a sum of the QTY Column for those Products ID that are the same. The SKU Column is not required to be present in the new file nor is the ITEM/NAME Column. Essentially all I need is a file with the ITEM/NAME the PRODUCT ID and a NEW Total QTY The File has roughly 65k Rows of data. Current Format of File.
