• Ability to design and develop high scalable systems
• Should be able to work with highly complex backend systems
• Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms -Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or related industry experience.

- Effective communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, secure positive outcomes and break down complex topics
