Design DB Schema for Custom Fields

Hello, I need a database designer to put together a DB schema. Requirements: * User can add tables and give each table a name of their choice. * User can add columns to those tables. A column has a name and it can be of any type (Text, number, date, FK to another table...etc.) * User can fill data in these tables which should be stored correctly and retrieved any time as it was entered. * Admin can add new Column Types at anytime for User to use. Criteria: * Freelancer should submit the Sqlite DB SQL query to create this schema. * Freelancer should explain how this schema can scale and perform very well long term * Free lancer can suggest a non-conventional way to store this data as long as it will perform very well. Test: * Your schema will be loaded with millions of records and your design should prove robust and high quality based on keeping high performance when inserting/loading data on a web page.
