Hello! As a system admin with over 15 years of practical experience i have to tell you, that your expectations are simply too high. You want someone to be perfect and proven in ISP kind of stuff, yet you expect that person to be cool with SEO, automated webinars, theme developement for WP and what not. Just think about it. Either a cool system admin or a cool WP developer. And all of that for $30 perhaps? Honestly i could have your server flying in 1 day but i never decided to bid here as you scared me away.
