CHAT BOT Requirement

We are looking to get a Chat Bot for our website. We are a Manufacturing company for CAR MATS in INDIA . We are Currently into B2B Business. Now we look forward to expand our business in both sector B2B and B2C. So we have some specific requirements for both B2B and B2C Customers. First I will explain B2B 1) we will be running Targeted Adds on Facebook - which will directly target B2B customers and bring them to our website - On the landing Page we need a Chat Bot which can smartly take all the necessary inputs points and with time it should function well to answer most questioned ( AI ) 2) Please note we are currently successfully targeting B2B audience on Facebook - we are happy with that and we Don't need assistance regarding running Facebook Ads for B2B.. As we are sure that we successfully target b2b audience on facebook and bring them to our website - NOW here we need assistance on Running Google Ads and Google Remarketing's Ads - So that we can start targeting that specific audience on Google Also - ( irrespective of the fact weather they have filled the information through chat bot or not ) . Now In Brief - we will target b2b audience on Facebook bring them to our website and start marketing and remarketing them through google adds Now I will explain B2C requirement . 1) HERE we again want to split this into 2 segment . a) Customer which will Buy directly from our website b) Customer with whom we will share the our pre-existing dealers information. Now its very simple if we are having a dealer in customers area ( BASED ON AREA PIN CODE ) then we will share the Nearest Dealers Information with him - ( Through SMS ) and WE Also want to share customer information with the Dealer - ( Through WHATS APP ) . Simply we will exchange the nearest dealer information with customer through SMS and Customer information with Nearest dealer through WHATS APP. And If we Don't have any dealers near to the customer than we will ask them to buy online. - Now when we are transferring the customer to buy directly then we from our website - Then we want to show buying option directly through the Chat Bot - I mean we will take 3 simple input from the customer Like Make ( Make means which Brand car you have ) - After the Make we will ask them which Model ( based on Make selected or given by the customer ) and it the last we will show them the year option ( when did they buy the car ) after these three selection customer will be directly transferred to Product Page . Now we want these three points directly in our chat bot ( Make - Model - Year ) So that customer get the confidence that he or she is Selecting the right model ( IN INDIA CUSTOMERS ARE NOT CONFIDENT IN BUYING CAR ACCESSORIES ONLINE - So through chat bot they will think of getting expert advise through human and there will be more change to make a purchase. Ok - Now here we again need assistance in running Google ads for B2C Customer - ( We don't want to run B2C ads on Facebook as mostly Facebook audience is impulsive ) . So we only want google ads for B2C. Further I would like to tell you that we want to run google ads based of keywords - To Name a few ( car mats , 3d car mats , 7d Car mats , 5 Car mats , Mats For... , Car accessories ) Apart from Keyword Search Ads we want to run DISPLAY Ads also - Specially Targeting people who are looking to buy Car ( Like if they are searching for on road price or upcoming cars in India ) As they are our potential customers.
