Migration of huge .net appliacation between servers manually

i have a huge .net application with about 2TB data , 5GB database to be migrated. we have both servers near by we can copy data on our hard disk and move on another but need expert to guide through process, setup required os and db proper migration smooth functioning. Need to do required configurations via remote access and team viewer as required. Need to configure required backups, incremental backup with antivirus
