I need a drupal developer

WHAT function you need. I am able to create any type of custom function regarding payment integration, subscription process customization, customize the Drupal core module using Drupal hook in a custom module, customize the Drupal theme. If required then I will able to create a new Drupal theme based on PSD or from HTML. As there is no clear description of my tasks in this project, I always suggest to go in below mode: You will come to a discussion with me. We will discuss on task and you will assign me the task. I will agree with you on a set of task that I am going to deliver this by today. Then I will share my screen, you can check what I am doing and I am wasting time here or not. Also can view the work progress in real time as well. At the EOD I will Submit my task to you and you will check whether it is correct or not. We will again start with a discussion of the next day. I think in above way, we can go step by step and gain trust on each other to work long term. Please share your thought on it. If you need any changes to the procedure, let me know.
