D3-Tile implementation (fix jsfiddle)

I would need someone to help me fix the following script on jsfiddle: [login to view URL] I have four (related) requirements: (1) I would like the zoom to bounding box feature to work correctly. The jsfiddle script fails to do it properly. When a user clicks on a country it should zoom to the country per the following code from Mike Bostock: [login to view URL] I think someone's already worked out how to do it, and the implementation can be found on here: [login to view URL] (2) I would like the script to allow me to zoom and pan programmatically, per the following question on SO: [login to view URL] (3) I would like tile wrapping to be enabled (4) I would like the viewport and the zooming to be constrained to a rectangle which can be defined by two coordinates ([x0, y0], [x1,y1]). User cannot pan or zoom outside of this rectangle. Again, satisfactory implementations of this can already be found online
