Code for PayPal IPN to generate packing slip and CSV file

We will be receiving orders daily from our site. Payment is through PayPal. Once a customer places an order it triggers the PayPal IPN which emails us the information. We require the IPN to be coded correctly with the necessary information to generate a packing slip in PDF, Excel or some such format. The packing slip will then be used to pick the product and inserted into the order for shipment. We also require a daily CSV file of all orders during that time period. This file is used in our shipping program to generate shipping labels. It requires the customers name, order number, ship to address, email. Sample packing slip file has been attached.
