Bulk email to Inbox

I have an html email that needs to be sent out to around 40,000 email addresses. I provide the html file and the addresses for you. I need the following: 1- You MUST be white-listed and your account/ISP must NOT be black listed as a spammer; 2- The email should be sent at a certain time and date; 3- It should go to Inbox folder and not to junk mail folder or spam folder; 4- You should be able to provide fully detailed reports (open, read, unsubscribe, bounce, spam, etc and also the number of clicks on each link). 5- The html file needs some minor optimizing, so it can be viewed properly on various email clients, such as Gmail, yahoo, outlook, Verizon, etc. I will do a sample test to make sure you are capable of delivering 99% of the sent emails to Inbox (50 random emails from that list will be used to verify). This is a VERY LONG TERM project. If you prove you can do it, there will be more business. I’m looking forward to your competitive professional offers.
