Create 2x eBay Listing Photos (Display Pictures)

Hey everyone,
I'm looking to get 2x eBay listing display photos designed for 2 newly listed items (One photo for each listing). I don't need anything flash I just need something that will attract potential buyers.
One listing is for a Lanyards (Key Chain type lanyard)
The other listing is for iPad Covers
I have some photos to provide for these Display Pictures, however ultimately I need someone to design an eye-catching display picture
I don't have a huge budget
