Experienced developmental editor/project overview person needed

Project: First: finalizing mature, compelling proposal Then: I’ll complete full content, while proposal is circulating, to self-publish if no contract. Perhaps we could see, after proposal completion, if further work might fit for both of us. First time book author, complex project. Synthesizing personal/’love and work’ experience (psychology/psychiatry/family etc) with imaginal and factual/explanatory content. Must have generally similar (decent, humane, caring) viewpoints, certainly with some differences—content input desired, but pls let me make final choices. Offering positive psychology expansion of therapy proven to be effective, for moving forward out of the nightmare of a hyper-charged contemporary issue. Help I think I need, from the person, or has network to provide: • Excellent experience with complex nonfiction book proposals, robust forest/big picture/lumper as well as trees/analytical/splitter abilities • Longstanding and current/cutting edge tech experience, incl complex project organization database abilities • Personal ability or connecting/networking providing: • Project management for polished final proposal, holistic graphics/narrative message (not graphics as secondary, side ‘illustrations”) • Critical legal clarifications for contentions topic area (permissions, fair use etc) • Design/graphics (one sample chapter to be well-done fully including lay-out) • Beyond developmental, ‘sliding scale’ editing (personally or via subcontracting/networking)—from line to maybe trying some ghosting etc • Web site at least at mock-up level
