I have a GUI for displaying 4x4 temperature array and ambient temperature from from MEMS sensor and i also have a calculation panel for calculating the temperature of solar cell (looping and delayReceive) ,so what i need now ,is to construct a log message which shows the message of "the hotspot is detect on [x,y]" if hotspot is spotted (if one of the array temperature is higher than the calculation temperature .and expect the hotspot could be more than 1 location) ,else show message " no hotspot occur" . the component i used for my project is D6T omron MEMS sensor and a USB webcam .
Additional quest :Superimpose the video with the UIcontrol (static text)
question : i know that UIcontrol (Static Text) doesn't have the feature for altering alpha value ,so any suggestion to superimpose these 2 elements (all the temperature array and the video ) together .
Dear Sir,
Iam a communication engineer expert in matlab. about your question there is a way to Add a Component to a Panel in guide matlab. Will wait for more details.
Have a good day

I'm expert in matlab programming and I've experience in embedded systems and connecting GUIs with embedded controllers. Contact me for more details. Guaranteed delivery on time with the best quality. Price is negotiable.
The numbers and text can be imposed onto video using the insertText instruction.

Also, the temperature sensor data can be easily imported into Matlab using a serial link.
You also have other software alternatives like processing.
