Make PCB Etched 700 Mhz Antenna

We are evaluating antenna options for a small RF device. This project is to etch and place a 50 ohm impedance 700 Mhz center frequency antenna on a surface area limited to 14 mm x 9 mm. Outside that 14 x 9 mm surface area, say in the 10 mm adjacent to the actual etched antenna, we want a standard [login to view URL] male connector to interface with RF test equipment. You can pick the PCB materials, etched line thickness, plating metal, etc. in order to optimize performance. We want 3 pieces of this small antenna. Boards will be shipped to US location.
