Robotic arm or electronics supply and design to open my intercom door station

Supply and delivery of one Robotic arm or electronics to answer my intercom system. Overview. I have an Intercom system that visitors can open the door by entering in a pin code to a keypad on the ground floor.(we are on the 20th floor) This will make the telephone type handset ring. The action required is to lift the handset and push a button located on the front of the intercomin the lower right corner. Then replace the handset in its cradle. This will open the ground floor door. Our house has two levels and if we are on the second level , we don't get time to get to the intercom to answer it . The company that supplied the intercom advised that they can not put extra handsets in other locations in the house. So I figure just use a robotic arm to do this .Or some simple electronics sound switch,servos,plunger ect) Step 1 .Handset rings . Step 2 after 3 seconds Lift handset. Step 3 after 2 seconds push button. Step 4 after 2 seconds replace handset. Step 5 reset to start wait for next ring . The handset is wall mounted but I can move it onto a shelf if needed.
