Bulk Email Marketer

I need an email marketer who has experience bulk emailing 100k+ emails with successful inbox delivery. I have a list of public email directory and would like to have someone email them without blacklisting my email account.

If you have experience doing this, please let me know what experience, and how much you would charge to send a sample email blast to 5k contacts.
