Engineering Drawing for a Outdoor Information Center - Eagle Scout Project

Hello, my name is a Kevin Jackson, Jr and my father is allowing me to use his account. I am a Boy Scout in Lake Mary, FL Troop 507. I am working on my eagle project to reach the highest rank in Scouting of Eagle Scout. My project consists of building an outdoor information center in a local old almost forgotten historic cemetery in my area. In order to start breaking ground on my project, I first need the approval of the City of Sanford Building Department. I need professional engineering drawings to submit for a building permit. I am looking for someone with experience in creating engineering drawings to be submitted to be submitted to a U.S. local city building department. Please look at the attached renderings and documents to provide me a quote for this task. I am also open to minor suggestions to improve or help with construction that does not change the design, as it has already been approved by the Eagle Scout Board. I can accept the drawings electronically to be printed at a local business print center. The 2 main outer supports are 6'x6" with 8 ft above ground and 4 feet below.
