Hi Potential Team-Member! I am starting a company and I have a idea for a product and I am looking to bring it to life. To put it simply, I am looking for someone to design the product for me, for both on the outside and inside. Also, if the person have some experience working with factories, that is a real plus. The our product idea is for a relatively small circular plastic item with a button on it. We will need this button to be compatible with an app. Our budget for this project is flexible but conservative and we would want work on a milestone basis to incentivize both parties. So once you complete a part of the project, you will get a certain amount of money that can be either based on a set amount or an hourly rate. We need the person we are hiring to be: 1. Proficient in English. 2. Experienced in Engineering (Degree in Engineering, Work Experience, etc. ) 3. Knowledgeable about Product Developing in relation to Electronics 4. This is usually a more efficient and better way than going for an hourly payment method.
