In the archive in the skipped file there are 5 elementary models (1 or 2 cubes with different boundary conditions) in the Workbench project and absolutely the same in ANSYS APDL. You need to do the same in HyperMesh with the “Optisrtruct” template (when starting HyperMesh, the type of solver - template is selected). (one to one ... the same cubes sizes ... and the same or equivalent boundary conditions so that the results differ minimally ... etc.). If you also understand the ASCII text * .fem file for Optisrtruct, then there will be more tasks. There are 5 models in the archive. It would be very nice if, as a first step, you tried to make the simplest model. Would compare the results of calculations in Ansis and Optixtract. Then it would be immediately clear to you and me whether you succeed in completing this project or not.

I am a Mechanical Engineer I have done 9 projects on Freelancer 1) Catia -Assembly & Simulation of robotic arm 2) SolidWorks -Editing & Assembly of Pill Dispenser & its parts 3) SolidWorks -Design, Assembly, 2d draft & Rendering of Breeding Box for Parrots 4) SolidWorks -Design the mould die for an MS sheet metal ring. Sourced the ring from a local manuft in Bangalore. 2d drafts & 3d model 5) SolidWorks -Design & FEA analysis of the die & punch for a given bathtub. Design calcs done to find the blank holder force & Maximum drawing Force which were used to find parameters of die & punch & sheet metal. Bathtub was modified accordingly. 6) Ansys Apdl -Analysis of 5 structure including an igs file 7) SolidWorks -3d Design with 2d drafts of a Scientific Instrument(soil testing apparatus) 8) Cad Conversion -Won a contest Given raster png file to dxf AutoCad format of req scale & ratio. Used for glass laser cutting 9) SolidWorks -Motion analysis of a Garage door. Researched to formulate equations. Engg design calculations for selectn of spring & motor. Force supplied by torsion spring & torque required by the motor Used Reverse Engineering module & used sketch tracer module. So it will be possible to load jpg files into the software & construct 3d surfaces & models Cad files conversion, so can provide stl,step,igs,pdf,jpg,dwg,,3mf,parasolid,sldprt,catprt etc 3mf,stl,step,igs are 3d printing formats

Hello: I know ANSYS well. What's the application? This sounds like it's for a university project. Let me know please. I need the feedback. Thanks! ############ UPDATE ############ To clarify, most ongoing research or industrial applications have prior reference designs, usually dictated by a trade association. What's the application, please?
