We receive few queries, feedback, suggestions from our growing user base and need someone to track and respond to these. This helps us maintain customer engagement, and increase the lifetime value of each customer. Skills - Strong communication skills, and strong grasp on Assamese language and English grammar is a must. Past Experience - Past experience with customer support and engagement is a plus. Skills: Hindi, English, Assamese. Remuneration - INR 12,000 - INR 15,000 / month
