highlight multiple names across sheets

i have like 4 excel documents that are lists of companies. when the same company appears in the various lists, i want them to be highlighted automatically. please think if you can actually do this. I have had 4 freelancers not be able to do this job. Basically you must make the same names highlighted when they appear in multiple sheets If the ticker appears in MOST ACTIVES and VOLUME PERCENT MOVERs, the company name must be HIGHLIGHTED GREEN in both lists. If the tickers appears in MOST ACTIVES AND MONEY FLOW, the compnay name must be RED in both lists If the ticker name appears in VOLUME PERCENT MOVERS and MONEY FLOW, the company name should be RED in both LISTS IF the company name is in all three lists, make them YELLOW.
