Note: Due to security concerns, some information will be obscured in the sample files submitted post contract. Core information is contained in 4 PPTm files (named "Region 100 Performance", "Region 200 Performance", "Region 300 Performance", "Region 400 Performance") located in "C:\Users\jwthu\OneDrive\PPT Files\FY 2023" Each file contains about 7 defined Custon Slide Shows (29 total among the 4 files) The intent of the coding is to print each slideshow as a separate PDF The code shall empty the target folder ("C:\Users\jwthu\OneDrive\Group Presentation Emailings"), print the PDFs, then close the ppt files The code will be run from a local VBA PPT Module Print specification: 1. Print to folder "C:\Users\jwthu\OneDrive\Group Presentation Emailings" 2. Title of slideshow to be printed in title (header) of every page 3. Title of slideshow to be title/name of PDF file 4. Print Settings: "4 Slides, Horizontal, Handout, (4 slides per page)", Landscape paper orientation

Hi, Would you like me to demonstrate how I generate PDFs from PPTm files even before you award the project? I have built a similar solution and here are the steps VBA script follows: 1. I installed Microsoft Print to PDF printer on your computer. 2. Create a PrintSlidesAsPDF macro inside a new module in the local VBA PPT file. 3. The macro will first delete all files in the target folder, then loop through each PPTm file in the current directory and print each Custom Slide Show in the file as a separate PDF with the specified print settings. Finally, the macro will close each PPT file and display a message box indicating that the printing is complete. I’d love to discuss more on what would make this project a success for you.
