Need to evaluate a new test for the diagnosis and management of sepsis. Need to create forms for data entry 1st Form - summary form and patient demographics 2nd Form - daily data entry and track progress and multiple organ failure 3rd Form - final outcome at 180 days Would like to create automated entry as much as possible and to create a dashboard to review progress as the study recruits. All the data will be anonymised and stored on a secure server behind Trust file wall.
