Build me a single output file type from both online portals and excel files

We have multiple suppliers who provide price files at different frequencies, some are sent in via email and some have to be downloaded from a supplier portal.
We need to have a standardized output file to load into Salesforce, if possible we would like to be able to have test functionality to ensure that the outputs produce an expected outcome.
The naming conventions are different by supplier (mostly) and the format of the files can vary from one supplier to another. The template provided by the supplier (price files) typically remains consistent, but we need to be able to add or remove elements as part of the solution (when pricing becomes obsolete) or new products become available
Typically pricing depends on the contract start date, the location of the meter, the energy type, the type of meter etc. Attached is sample price files (we have approx 12-14 suppliers and price lists may be for Gas or Electric
