Convert spreadsheet to app

I have created a spreadsheet that takes user inputted data and mathematically manipulates it to create a one month program that the user can follow. Inputs include 8 items of personal data (username, password, etc) and 26 starting variables (numbers). The spreadsheet generates 3 "programs" per week for four weeks. At the end of the cycle, the SS generates new starting numbers, and then generates a new four week cycle. The individual "program" should be able to display on a single mobile phone screen, and would include 8-12 variable names and 8-12 calculated numbers. So, a variable name followed by 8-12 numbers (on a single line or row), then the next variable name followed by 8-12 numbers, etc. So, essentially, the screen will show a table for that day's "program". All formula's are basic arithmetic, with most of the results needing to be rounded before being "printed". And most of the formulas are a percentage multiplied by a base number. I am not looking for a lot of art and design, just a basic table rendering the names and numbers, with a simple logo showing at start up. I am mostly interested in a quote for turning this SS into a mobile app (for both ios and android), so please give proposal for this. However, I would consider an upsell to a more comprehensive program (computer and mobile platforms) as long as this is quoted as an option.
