Create an excel form calculator

Hi I would like to build an excel based calculator that is used to design ventilation system flow rates in houses. The process goes as follows: 1. The user enters the floor area of the house in square meters. This calculates the minimum ventilation rate for the house in l/s and m3 p/hr. 2. The rooms in the house are divided up into two types. Habitable areas (bedrooms, living areas) and wet areas (kitchen, utility, toilets and bathrooms). a. The user first enters the habitable rooms. Here they enter the room area & ceiling height. This auto-generates the “Room Volume” and also generates the “Designed Supply Air Flow Rate” for each room. 3. The user then enters the wet rooms. Here they enter the Room name and the “Minimum Boost Rate”. This auto-calculates the “Required Min Extract Rate” 4. This data is then transferred to another tab called “Design Airflows” which we can then copy and paste onto other documents as required. I already have this much built in an excel calculator however making changes to the layout each time to allow for varying number of rooms is messy. I would like to • have it on all on one form instead of a spreadsheet with 4 separate sections. o Project info (Customer, Project Ref: Address, Date o Dwelling info (Floor Area, Habitable Rooms, Wet Rooms) o Design Flow Rates o MVHR Unit Capacity Calculator Each time the user wants to add a room he/she clicks an “Add Room” button. Currently, with the excel sheet, user must add/ delete rows and columns to keep sheet tidy and this is a problem. There should be an option to o Copy a completed form so it can be used with a similar project o Reset form o Print form with all four sections on one sheet o Save and Save As option I have attached the template I have been working on so far. Examples of similar previous work will be required to demonstrate ability.
